What is the Underlying Need?

Our clients bring us their questions and concerns so that they can discuss them with us in a safe and confidential space.
As the conversation unfolds use your abilities to remain present for your client, and at the same time take a step back to a neutral corner.
Use the space you have created to ask first yourself and then your client ‘what is going on here?’, also ‘what do I feel?’, ‘what do I sense?’ and ‘what is my intuition saying to me?’
Using your intuition as your guide to sense your own feelings and perceptions will enable you to name those thoughts. Sharing them with your client will enable both you and your client to ‘lift the lid’. Separating the surface ‘noise’ from the the deeper and more complex underlying issues.
Once you and your client have a context then an outcome that be lasting and beneficial is more likely to happen.
